Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Begin Again ("Begin Again", "we", "us") when you use our web app or buy access. By using Begin Again, you agree to them. We have tried to keep them plain and fair.

What Begin Again is

Begin Again is a gentle habit and journaling web app that runs in your browser, with four spaces: Planner, Goals, Unlearn, and Journal. It works offline and stores your content on your own device.

Your purchase and the early-access promise

• Buying early access is a one-time payment that gives you lifetime access to Begin Again.
• When we later launch paid versions on the App Store and Google Play, early-access buyers keep their access free, with no future subscription.
• Access is granted through a license key for your personal use. Please do not share, resell, or publish your key. Keys found being shared may be disabled.

Payments

Payments are handled by our checkout provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record. Prices are shown before you pay, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Refunds

All sales are final. If there is a genuine problem with your order, for example you were charged twice or your license key did not arrive, email wpputra90@gmail.com and we will make it right. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so their standard refund handling also applies.

Your content and backups

Everything you create in the app stays on your device and belongs to you. Because it is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own backups. Clearing your browser data, uninstalling, or switching devices can remove it. We are not able to recover content that was only stored on your device.

Acceptable use

Please use Begin Again lawfully and do not attempt to break, misuse, or resell the service, or circumvent the license system.

Not medical or mental-health advice

Begin Again is a wellbeing and habit tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local support line.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running well, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, improve, or change features over time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Begin Again is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of content stored only on your device. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, unless a different law is required by your local consumer protections. (Note to owner: adjust this to your country or business registration if needed.)
